Been coming here since they opened, staff is awesome and always super knowledgeable about their products. Been to a couple other shops in the area and this is by far my favorite. The daily/weekly specials they have been doing lately are awesome too cause you can almost get a little bit of everything for a really good price.

Moved out of the area but I still make it a point to come here. Their product is great, spacious set up, and their staff is not only knowledgeable, but friendly as well. Plus side, I can use my card at the counter. By far my favorite place to go.

I've been going to this place since right after it opened in is previous location. The staff are very knowledgeable & friendly. They don't rush the patrons. They have a board which tells the content of product which is helpful.

I waited in line and the girl with purple/blue hair served three other people before even looking at me, she wouldn't help me neither would Laura. One of the guys stepped in at least. Not wasting time here again. The Remedy has great customer service and so does PRC!

Friendly staff, huge selection. Its be unreasonable to expect the staff to be familiar with all the different products they sell, but over all, they do a darn good job and the prices are a bit lower than average too. Something for everyone there.
