They actually have good prices, unlike a lot of other stores that still basically use street prices. Always happy and helpful people there. Great deals on product and cool glass ware too even. The parking lot can be a bit tricky at times, being a bit small, but as long as you don’t go during rush hour, you won’t have a problem. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I have been using PRC as my #1 go to rec center.. always been a great experience... until tonight. I order online and receive texts stating when order is being prepared and when it's ready. I always jump in the car and head out when I receive the getting prepared text, since I live a fair distance and know it will be ready when I get there. I did this tonight., what was different? THEY WERE CLOSED when I arrived at 10:41! No explanation or text stating early close. I purposely ordered tonight so I could get the 20% discount. Being on a fixed income, it's the only way I'm able to get what I really want. So if I go back tomorrow, will they honor the discount? Well, I'll let you know, because then I will edit this review raising my opinion and stars back up where they were before! I sure hope this has a good ending. I don't want to have to go back using The Vault 😕

Great place for your canibus needs with a huge selection of products. Well lit and clean store so it feels welcoming. The service is alway great and friendly too. Best part for me is that they take debit. It makes it easier to spend money. More weed in my pocket and more money for them.

Extremely nice people, make sure you go in the door on the left, accidentally went in the door on the right, but a very friendly lady with dreadlocks helped me get to where I was going. I'll definitely be back.

I have been a loyal customer of PRC for 2 1/2 years, usually at the Conway store.
I picked up 3 carts for my husband and there were issues with one of them, but he didn't realize it till yesterday.
I went in today and was told that since it had been 4 days, they wouldn't help me.
Go somewhere that values you as a customer, or make the trip to the Conway store.

I was a loyal customer at this establishment. They have suddenly decided to misinterpret the limitation regulations set forth by the LCB. Now they consider an infused pre-rolled joint to be a full gram of concentrate, when they in fact only have .3 grams of extract in them. I bet they don’t give a discount on infused pre-rolls on ‘Wax Wednesday’ either even though they call it a full gram of concentrate. Horrible way to conduct business. Not sure if they are under new ownership or management but they have lost a customer and I will deter as many customers as possible from visiting this chain. I’ll happily spend my $1,000 a month at another establishment.

Felt like fast food, I got the items I ordered but I don't seem to be thrilled on how I have to walk around and in between folks just to get my order through. But it's a popular place and lots of people go here so that's what you'll get.
