Owner is rude, won't be spending my money here. Employees are great though! Always helped me out. The lady with the dreads needs to learn what customer service is b/c I used to spend $100's there. Oh well.
Edit since "owner replied" Yeah, I had first hand encounter with the owner being rude directly to me, not caught in any cross fire. Seems like her normal attitude on life. Again all of her employees are great, just wouldn't recommend bring up her wrong doings in regards to selling products that don't match what their advertised as. She will treat you like trash when you call her out, and when you come in the next time. :)

The spectrum of hardware in this place is staggering. Silicone, glass, titanium, wood, ceramic, these guys have almost anything you are looking for and 50 you never knew existed. True head shop . and the dude at the counter knows his merch and led me right into what I needed.the only complaint I have is with the debit payment process. To purchase by card, your going to be charged a atm fee. Definitely would shop here again.

Staff are well informed about products very helpful. Entrance to parking lot tricky going south on 51st double yellow line to crossover most ignore. check peek hours they get busy but lots of staff to keep it moving.

I was in the market for a CBD product that would aid my Mom with pain in her shoulder from inflamed, overused muscles. With this concerning the health of my Mom, I had lots of detailed questions and needed a direction I could confidentially go down.
