This is a wonderful place that usually has a wide variety choices and selections.... But however I recently noticed they substitute different strains from a vendor by naming it the same strain however it's a different strain.
Example is they were out of a specific strain and told me they probably wouldn't get more in for a while so I gave them my phone number to notify me when that specific strain would be in and the next day they called me and told me they had what I was looking for when it actually was in the same packaging but with a different strain inside. These strains are very distinguished by their look taste and smell. So I'm not sure if it was the vendor or distributor. Any case I've noticed this a couple times. I do have a feeling that this is done when no one buys a specific inventory item so it's relabeled and resold.

As a Customer for 3 years I love cascade but i have to go find another smoke shop cause i used to buy dab cart in here mostly i will get 3 at a time and one of them for sure will not work so I have to go back over and over to get a new one. I understand thats a policy and i respect it but dab pens breaking too? I bought 3 pens already this year alone and they are already broken/problematic. I just cant keep coming back over and over again. Why cant i just be happy after i leave the store? Why do i have to comeback for this reason over and over again? Im sorry but Im no longer gonna shop here just sharing my experience.

This is a college shop. If you are older or using medically, I would go to any of the other shops in town. I only go here if there is a specific item they are carrying and if they are the only ones who have it at that price. Trove is wonderful! 20/20 on Iron street for the medical side.

Great customer service I went on black Friday and purchased a little bit of everything and got a great deal. It was bizzy yet I was help and checked out very fast.

Just stopped in ordered some rays lemonade. Went to pick them up find out they are expired I was wondering why the were only 20$ now in the description it didn't say anything about being expired when I asked if it was OK to sell expired food and beverage items? They said that it was OK. Seemed a bit dishonest to me I am pretty sure expired product in the 502 market isn't allowed. I could be wrong. Still if I had not of asked no one would have told me I was buying expired products.

Why, does one of the most successful cannibis stores in WASHINGTON, have a single employee during rush? Stop it, you can afford an on call staff even if somebody calls out. I know this because I've seen your profits, including expenses (it's public).
Also, if I see that dog in a car, stuck for hours, during the summer one more time, I'm legally busting your windows open and taking the dog to the humane society as a rescue.
There's a chance this is not a staffs dog, however I've only seen the car and the dog stuck in it, hyperventilating due to heat, when the store is open. It looks like partially a husky breed which makes it far more abusive/torturous for the dog.
Even if it's not a staff's, I have seen them look at the dog and just walk by, dozens of time. These are not choices good people make.
