Hands down my least favorite spot in town.
Employees are super snooty and barely know how to queue people. When its busy they just help who they see first and pay no attention to who is next.
Anecdotally a guy aggressively argued with me a while back here telling me that I was an idiot and wrong thinking that smoking pot is carcinogenic so not the most educated employees either.
Prices are incredibly high and concentrates you can get across the street for $15 or $20 thru Trove are found at Cascade for $30.
The service is fairly poor, the product pricing is poor, the selection is good and the venue is good albeit not designed to be in anyway easy to line up in.
There are easily many other better shops in town but because people are usually buying with parents money and are living at the college they go to the closest spot regardless of pricing.

I discovered Cascade Herb 2 1/2 yrs ago when I relocated from the south and saw it was only a couple blocks away from my apartment. Have been going ever since. These folks have incredible knowledge of everything they sell. I needed something to help with my insomnia and...BAM,there it was ! RSO and Crystal Clear . Best products and best Bud Tenders anywhere. Thanks Cascade for being here for us !!!!

It's ok. They use to have a bunch of knowledgeable budtenders. A lot of them left, now you're left with people who don't just don't know. Sort of just feel uncomfortable there now. I've felt unwelcome in Bellingham for a while, so maybe it's just that. Might just stop smoking weed.

The budtenders here are always so nice and helpful, and they have the biggest selection in the city! Also love their rewards system, just sign up with your phone number, check in every time you go (even if you don't buy anything), and get awesome discounts!

Visiting from Seattle and decided to give this place a shot. Really great brands sold here. With more strains than I've seen per brand. It's a little more pricy than what I'm used to down south. But great selection for the area.
