Love all my peeps who work in here... but must say after finding out they changed the point system, I maybe finding a new store I've been coming here for 5+ yrs and am a loyal customer and I spend thousands of dollars in the store. But starting to feel like it's not worth my loyalty when u can't Even get 5 dollars off a 300 dollar order what a croc, hopefully they figure it out and remember loyal customers, I will take my business elsewhere..

Heard the commercial this morning on the way to work and sounded good. Usually when I go into a dispensary I'm greeted. Got nothing and stood there for at least ten minutes before I just walked out. Horrible customer service and horrible experience! Will never go back! Should stop running commercials if the bud tenders can't even greet customers with a hello.
