Visited today and Found out they store is using a new system for online orders. I called in to get some help and the representative named Bre covered the phone and jokingly laughs with a coworker that its probably "Operator error" Which is all be it funny but is what is prompting this 1 star review. I love this place and I come here regularly this was the most disrespectful i've ever been treated. I didnt even explain the actual problem I just left and went to the other shop thats in the same parking lot. They were far more understanding and helpful

If you buy carts from here, be prepared to have fight for an exchange. I bought a cart and returned it a few hours later because it didn’t work. I brought a cart from the same brand to show them it wasn’t my battery. They said because it was working on their batteries that they couldn’t do anything. I leave but then realize that’s kinda bs so I come in and a different employee runs through the same stuff the one before did. Finally, he opens up a new cart, puts it in and it works. Then another employee says to me “Cartridge error, it happens”. Yeah ok that’s not what you were saying when you said tough luck being out $40. I’m happy it got resolved but only because I had to fight for them to abide by what is on the receipt. I’ll go somewhere else in the future, where I don’t have to fight for an exchange on a faulty product.

Everytime I go in I feel welcomed! Everyone is so nice! I'm really bad at picking what I want and someone always gets me what I want. I've gone to all three weed stores in the valley and 10 out of 10 I recommend this one. All sweethearts!

I don't necessarily smoke but I do eat for those people that can't smoke they can eat I recommend that you try the different varieties of edibles I highly recommend this place because it's very friendly I personally I am a value d customer I have been treated very VIP so I returned the favor by recommending this place to my friends and family strangers alike everybody needs to come to this place and at least take a look around you might just find something did I make you feel the way you want to feel excellent people owners are very very professional a very caring business that cares about your needs in your elements this is a place of Medicine I recommend swinging by the sativa sisters are the bomb. They're always so nice and helpful there. Only place we go to. If you're local or just passing thru go visit them. Sometimes you luck out and get a great deal too. They also have THC bathbombs

Sadly they didn't have what I was looking for but the did give me a lot of very helpful tips and didn't hesitate to send me to a neighbor who did have what I was looking for. When imin the valley I will definitely go back. Extremely friendly and unbelievably helpful wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
