There’s an older gentleman who is awesome every time I go in. But if he isn’t there, I get crappy service. I went in smiling and asking a few questions about products. He spoke over me when he did reply, and every other response was short and snappy. I was asking him which was best between 2 products before buying an eight, and he didn’t have the time or patience to help me for 2 minutes if that. It always blows my mind that people who want your business treat you like sh** when you give them your business. This place is new in Clarkston. You’d think they’d want to prove themselves to our small community. Not smart to be 1 of 3 cannabis stores in a tiny place like Clarkston and treat customers badly. Word travels fast!
