Checked this place out after a movie and I’m only writing this review because of one budtender. Tracie. Out of all the shops I’ve been to, it was so refreshing to finally have someone listen to what we were looking for and deliver it to the tee. Not only did Tracie bring the proper goods, she was also knowledgeable in the actual work involved to produce this wonderful flower and it’s byproducts, as am I…..which gave me so much relief when picking up. FINALLY … someone who gets it and isn’t just trying to SELL whatever is overstocked. I’m from CA….so when she brought back stuff that looked like home….. we were overjoyed. Great flower, good weekend deal, amazing staff with Tracie, as she is the one who helped us. Keep up the good work.

The staff is AMAZING!!!! I love the large selections of everything you need. And I highly recommend stopping in their glass shop on the way out to get you all the things you need to make your smoking complete!!!!!

2 stars. They have good selection and prices. HOWEVER, the fact that they allow Toxic Man Children with NO respect for peoples rights or lifestyle preferences.
Is extremely disconcerting. Ergo, i had to find a new shop. Kaleafa, which is a Million Times better, AND, they were respectful.

Bought a Solr Bear cartridge and it was EMPTY. Completely sealed box with a tin inside — NO CART. This has never happened to me before and I’ve probably bought thousands of carts by now. Of course have no way to prove this so I’m out $$$. I’ve generally had a good experience here and I’m not sure if they deserve the blame, but unless they’re willing to let me open the package in front of the security guard before I ever leave the store, I won’t be buying anymore carts here that aren’t in transparent packaging.

I want to start out by saying I’m not too knowledgeable about the products aside from the basics. When I want to indulge, I have always gone to Greenside.
I really appreciate that I can tell them what I am looking for and what I am trying to avoid, and I do not feel judged by them or rushed. I can’t remember the name of the female budtender who helped me on 3.11.2023. But I asked her for some gummy suggestions and she brought me 3 different brands and flavors for me to choose from! She did the same for some pre-rolls that i was looking for. She definitely took the time to make sure we were happy. Those details make a big difference, especially for someone who is not knowledgeable (like me lol). Thanks!

Why would you change your website? Now today I can only see to $38 on low to high price filter and it took a couple of minutes to get there. Bad mistake changing something that worked great to something that is slow and incomplete.

Staff are super friendly. They will take the time to talk to you about product, make suggestions if asked, and also add on items when you order online or happily switch things out if you made an accidental purchase or don't like the product you've ordered. They do all that while also being able to move the line really quickly. I would suggest to always order online because of an additional 10% off that is offered. The line is always shorter and faster too. You can even "order online" at kiosks available inside and then hop right in the online order line. They are also dog friendly which is very appreciated. Thus place blows! Good luck getting you're online order. They have literally 8 - 10 people working and only 1 person able to get online orders. I thought the point on ordering online was to be in and out quick. This place is a JOKE! There are too many other places around for me to waste my time here.
