Great location with easy access. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ask Martell for his recommendations and they are always on point. Their bud tenders don't just try to sell what's expensive and they always have things discounted.

Honestly, if the lady at the counter wasn't so cool with us switching our online order at the counter when we got there to pick up our order, it would be a 1 star. We were looking to get an oz. The price was comparable to what we usually pay (actually slightly less), but the weed was brown and crunchy. You could feel how dry it was through the bag. I normally pay around $200 at my usual place and always receive really good weed. Not even top shelf, but something that smokes great and lasts awhile and does the job right. I ended up just picking up some pre-rolls so the trip wasn't a complete loss. Tomorrow I'm hoping my normal place is open so I can get some quality weed without breaking the bank. 😕

They apparently changed policies on what businesses are considered "local" for their local discount - I work at a local business in Kent that has been around since 1954. Gotta love the horrible customer service!!! 👍

I have edited my review after having a couple of more experiences with green side that were phenomenal. The only reason they're not giving them five stars is their online inventory system isn't always accurate.

Down to 3 stars. Here's why. After being here for 2 years and going through different dispos and even working for one for a little over a year, I returned to Greenside to pick some smoke up close to home. The staff seemed uninterested in conversation at all. My online order wasn't ready when I arrived. After three or four failed attempts to find it, it was discovered what I ordered online wasn't in store anymore. I was given so lack luster information of 'like' products and had to ask the questions of price, flavor options, ect. Two of three options presented were -well- over the price point of the original option. I asked about how their rewards system works -exactly- and was given a very vague description and I left with no more information than I started with. With education under my belt... they're no longer amazing.

Their line system feels like a cattle maze. Their budtenders seem bored and unimpressed about the products they're trying to sell. There's no customer education. It literally just feels like 'hey give me your money, here's weed. later.' That was today's vibe from the front door to my exit of the building.

The store is eye catching and will give you the awe and wonder of a dispensary. It's very aesthetically pleasing ... but I've gotten so much better experiences at other spots. The bar was on the floor when that 5 star was given 2 years ago... but the three seems fair.

They wouldn't replace my dab cartridge that I had a receipt and package for and when they "tested" it they barley seen any smoke and said " if it works it works I can't do anything about it" so basically I wasted 40$ and my time bringing it back and the dabs literally won't smoke definitely not coming back

EDIT 2.0: Best in the area. The online ordering makes life so much easier. If you value convenience and quality, this is where to go!

EDIT: I've given this an extra star now because for my past 4 visits, they have always had exactly what I'm looking for that is up on their online menu. I'll gladly make it a five star if they keep it up!

Convenient enough being as how it's right on Pac Hwy, though I do have one complaint. Because of how it's all set up, you kinda have to know what you want (or at least have a general idea of it) by the time you get to your budtender, if you don't want to hold up the line while browsing their selection. I though that with the supposed live menu, this would be no trouble. I'd just look up the menu either right before entering the store, or as I'm waiting in line. I've yet to experience them having what I ask for that is up on their menu. I've shown up looking for something specific that I saw on the menu, a backup, in case they ran out between the time I looked it up and the time I get there, and a backup of the backup all to no avail. It almost feels like they lure people in with menu items they never even had (or did have but neglected to update their menu as advertised) to begin with. If the website says "updated every hour" it should be updated every hour. Or at least show how long it's been since it was last updated.

First time I've been there. I had a great time! The gentleman that helped me was awesome. When I remember his name I'll edit this to include him he was awesome and a very good look man.
