The worst experience I ever had at a dispensary. I made an online order and caught an Uber there. I get there and I'm told by the rudest budtender ever that they don't have what I ordered. I ask to see other items and I'm told that I can be made to get in the regular line because I can't change my online order. I'm confused here, you guys don't have what I ordered. I spent my money on an Uber here and I'm buying 28gs not a gram so I should be able to get what I choose. I felt surrounded by rude, mean men that takes pleasure in being intimidating to women. I asked for the manager and he was even worse when it comes to customer service. I felt like he didn't want to serve me and wanted to kick me out the store. I was never rude nor did I cuss and was told by both Greenside employees that I was annoying them. I simply went to Greenside to make a purchase of my own choosing and left there unsatisfied with something I really didn't want and crying. That was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Tons of parking, super knowledgeable staff. I have never had an experience there I wasn't satisfied. You guys rock! Picked up a hybrid.. Super smooth.. I wish I could remember the kind... I think it was in a brown bag.... Anyways, love it here! Please have your ID out upon entering so the line can go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Bud tenders were friendly, good service ...helped me pick out the right stuff for the situation. I saw the staff deal w/ some “challenging” customers and handle it very professionally. Parking was good. Everyone says quality of product was good but I can’t speak to that :)

I just want to say that I was at the shop just now and bought some edibles and a disposable vape pen. The lady was so helpful and gave me lots of info but then I was in a hurry and had to cut her short. I'm sorry that was rude of me. Have a good day!
