I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here. Their customer service is terrible . Bought an e-juice the other day. The guy handed it to me and when I got home to put it in it tasted different then normal checked the bottle and it was wrong. Called them and they said that there is nothing they can do. Wasted $20 because their workers are incompetent

I came here for vape oil and was pleasantly surprised at the large selection of different oils. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices for the oils are on the displays so you know how much your paying per brand. Overall a good experience and would go again when I need more oil.

Smoke City is hands down the best vape shop in town. I frequent the Kennewick store and I am always greeted by someone almost instantly. They take the time to remember their customers and have even taken down my number and called me when a certain vape juice I like came it. Jay is an awesome manager and he treats his employees and customers so well. The stamp card deals are sweet and same with the deals on coils. Love that place! I always leave with a smile!

They're amazing people who work here. Always very friendly .Just tonight I went there to buy a bag of kratom and was approximately 70 cents short. They told me no problem and let me have it. That really floored me! Maybe it helped being that I'm a regular customer but still, you don't see that type of treatment these days. They really understand what customer service is and they make it a priority. I've been a loyal customer for awhile now but tonight they've just earned my respect too. I won't shop anywhere else for my tobacco and kratom related needs now. They have some of the best prices in town too by the way. Buy from them! Just do it!!!

Kind of always busy, but large staff, do well at tackling the customers complaint concerns and question in the order they enter the store. Always nice and friendly with a big smile. Great prices too. Returning customer forever!
