, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNCOMPASSIONATE!
THEY THREATENED PATIENTS TO HAVE THE PATIENT RAIDED, POPPED AND MORE! OWNERS DO NOT RESPOND, MANAGEMENT IS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not a bad little shop, helpful friendly staff great selection a little pricey but i think that will change as more competition comes in town.

I always find what im looking for at altitude. I come to this smoke shop every week and they always have a huge selection to chose from. Everything from flower to concentrates to edibles. Ide recommend this place to everybody looking great quality product and great service. Ask for erica. She was very friendly and was very knowledgable about everything.

Spoke to Rachel on the phone about the quality of one of there products. She was very unprofessional told me I should have bought a different product. Wow shouldn't you back everything on your menu. And that just shows your knowledge of selling a faulty product. At one point I mentioned that I usually get my weed in Finley but I frequently travel to the Yakima valley and wanted to try out altitude, She actually told me to get my weed from green2go if I wasn't happy! Almost refused to give me her name. Not even sure if that's her real name. Completely unprofessional what kind of business are you running???????:
