Make it home only to find 2/6 items are correct of my 170$ purchase because the budtender didnt bother to look.
Budtender was thoughtless in the process and never bothered to look at what flavors he grabbed, even with two trips to the back. I was not able to confirm my purchase prior to leaving assuming he had grabbed the correct items. I actually showed him a picture of what I wanted!! (Very specific with my flavors and only purchase my go-to.)
Called back , spoke with colton who was "really sorry about that but we cant swap those out, i cant do anything... sorry, thats my fault".
So all in all, They will NOT swap out for what i wanted and paid for, but instead will have to make another purchase at an unknown discounted price ... which is absolutely ridiculous.
Feels like i was just robbed.
Took my name down and that was it.
Honestly i hope anyone who works there sees this and can get some better training for whoever i delt with, because I'm out 110$ with product i didnt want, because the tender didnt bother to give a shi t. Straight up.
Totally unacceptable. Hoping to hear back from management but wont hold my breath.
