Good selection of various products but I found the person that helped me was rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. All I wanted was a refillable cartridge and it almost took a act of Congress to achieve that.

I Was a very LOYAL CUSTOMER,to Sativa Sisters. But when I went there this morning I had a very rude awakening,The girl with the blonde hair that also works in the ,Coffee shop,which I have gotten ,So many times along with my boyfriend. I have spent @least $500 dollars between coils a oil bong oil....The list goes on to $40.00 Holy Grail cbd oil & the 250 mg of cbd alone.And She had the balls to tell me I only (Spend $$ on $23.00 grams in front of other customers,because I asked for a punch card) I Would never put ANYBODY's BUSINESS ON FRONT STREET!!!! VERY RUDE & unfortunately u lost 2 customers WHO REALLY Enjoyed going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~ (BUMMER)~

Asked for Indica Bubba Kush, was sold the hybrid Bubba kush which I didn't even know existed, now my head is all messed up I feel WRECKED, woke up with a killer headache :( :( :( :( go someplace with people that listen & pay attention to detail this is not the place BIG thumbs down, I am extremely disappointed and will be gong else where from now on.

Normally my favorite place! I drive from Sandpoint and call ahead to have my edibles held for me. Today I had a horrible experience with Tyler. I described my edible. The spearmint tin of mints that are sativa. I’ve been buying for a year. He says without a brand name he can’t find them and for me just to come in and find them myself. They are very busy! Ok so I’ll just drive the hour and a half to see if they have some. Wow!!

I LOVE Sativa Sisters! The customer service is amazing. I adore them all. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always find what I'm looking for and even find things that I'm not and turns out to be better than what I was originally looking for! I usually go to a cannabis store to get CBD for pain and I usually go to Satori or Greenleaf. They both are WAY OVERPRICED and the customer service is nowhere near as good as SS's! Satori has even lied to me about certain products they carry! I definitely don't recommend Satori anymore after they lied to me and the bud tenders don't know much about the products they sell! Whenever I would ask a question about a certain product whether it was THC or CBD, indica or sativa they would tell me" i don't know if we have that" or "I'm not sure about the difference between this or that" etc... I always get 100mg CBD capsules that have about .76mg of THC. They always come 10 capsules to a bag. Everywhere else I pay $80 for one bag! At Sativa Sisters they didn't have exactly what I was looking for and suggested a couple of other things. I'm so glad I listened and checked them out!! They showed me a container of 10 capsules that were 100mg CBD plus 7.6mg of THC that originally cost only $20 per container and then gave me a discount! I bought 2 containers for $34!!!! I also love the cofee shop Amsterdam where I can buy a latte or just coffee and buy capsules of CBD to add to it 😍 I will never go to another cannabis store again. Sativa Sisters all the way!!! I gave them 5 🌟 but I would give them more if I could! Thank you Sativa Sisters for making what started out as a terrible day and turning it into an awesome one! 👍👌😎✌
