Really like this shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection and location.

I still remember the day when I saw that beautiful green sign in the distance and have been coming here ever since.

Would be five stars if they set up an 'express' lane for shoppers who already know what they want. Waiting 15-20 minutes for an eighth is frustrating when you have to wait for people that want to check out every strain/edible/pen.

I just wanna grab my Sasquatch Breath and be on my way!

I have been going to Lucky Leaf for a few months now. Always friendly, and knowledgeable staff, but today, Emily was especially kind and helpful. After a good amount of searching, upon being rang up, I was a dollar short... "No problem, Dear! Have a great day!" was Emily's immediate response. Such excellent customer service, with a smile! Now I won't go anywhere else, and next time I'm in, I'll bring an extra buck for the till, and something extra for Emily! Thank You!!!

I’ve been in the Washington area for just under a year now (from California) and this is definitely the best spot in Spokane to get your leafy needs. The product is always top notch and the bud tenders really know their stuff. Dylan and Kyle in particular I’ve found to be very knowledgeable and deliver great experiences. The best part is, for all the quality you get, you’ll spend the same or (usually) less than you would at any of the bigger shops nearby. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

Lucky Leaf is fantastic. They’re usually my go to because they’re a convient nice easy walk from downtown as well as from my apt. The prices are decent and their service is fantastic. Super friendly and always knowledgeable. Highly recommend them

This place is great! Always friendly staff who are willing to help you out. They have no problem showing you idea after idea when you can't make up your mind and you never feel rushed. Keep it up guys, your store is clean

Don't rely on their advertised hours. I placed an online order, called ahead of time to make sure they'd be open, drove down and arrived at 11:53 and they had the doors locked and looked at me through the glass as though I were a crazy person.

That's fine if you don't want to be open that late, but don't lie and say you are.

These new workers are ruining the brand name. Been a customer for half a decade and I am never coming back. The customer service is horrible, your employees are too stoned to get orders right. I will be taking my business else where.

These guys are the rudest budtenders in Spokane all the way to the valley. Crappy prices. Bad service. And the doorman that looks like Fester will selectively ID people at the door. As long as this place has been around I've always been partial to shopping here. After my last experience with the doorman and their overall service, i would suggest going anywhere else. Save yourself a few bucks and bad attitudes. This place sucks. Never go here again!!!

Drove all the way across town right before they closed for them not to accept my state issued license that was paper and multiple forms of ID, the two girls working just wanted to close and get out of there... whatever... go to Cinder they will take care of you and have better products and prices.
