I went in yesterday to get some pre rolls and I felt totally ignored by the two girls working. They were discussing what they should get for lunch that day and besides doing the very bare bones of their job to sell me the product, they acted like I wasn't there and continued on with their personal conversations. Very unprofessional and I felt really awkward honestly and I'm not sure if I'll return.

Be careful buying vapes from here! And check them before you leave. Bought a buddies and found it empty when I got to my hotel. Called to make sure I could return it so I wouldnt drive an hour to the store and was asked to return it the next day when the manager was in. When I went in at this time was told they would not replace it because it's not a product they made... I will not be returning to this company.

Went here to peruse and am visiting from Cali and wanted to see how a retail shop looks and the products they have but was literally harassed to pick what I wanted quickly. Even tried to stand to the side to have other people helped first but was not left alone and kind of treated condescendingly. In California they just chill out and let you do your thing, I understand you have customers who are ready and you are welcome to help them but please don't rush me because it feels like you just want me out

The staff was great - pleasent, friendly and very helpful. The store wasn't too busy due to the weather, which made my visit short but sweet. I will highly, without reservation, recommend their business to anyone.

The location is great, every day there's a discount on different items. Today is 25 percent off concentrate. They often have vendors that offer 25 percent off there stuff. The prices are great. Everyone is super friendly there .

Great deals and excellent customer service. Plus they're open late which is a huge plus especially when I work til 11pm. I live on the north side and it's definitely worth the drive downtown!
