Please take the time to read the strain, name, and THC content in the products and hold out the product so it can be seen. Customers can't touch products right now so if a staff doesn't provide you that info or at least hold out the product so you can inspect it, it makes purchasing very difficult. The person who helped me today just kept setting products down on the table without labels or explaining and expected me to pick a product with absolutely no information about what he was showing me and seemed really irritated that I wanted some information before spending money.

I've been to many shops around town, and lucky leaf co never seems to disappoint me. They have a great selection and a super knowledgeable as well as helpful staff. Lucky leaf will always be my first stop.

The staff always seems to do their best to provide service even when they are super busy and have a line of customers. Maybe not the best place to go for a long conversation about strains, but they have a good range of product and I am never dissatisfied with my purchase. I would rather get in an get out than sit in line while someone asks a million questions anyway.

Terrible service the manager or employee that is like 4 foot 10 with a beard and has glasses. Yeah that guy is not to be trusted. This employee or owner or manager is all about how much money he makes he told me himself that he made $13,0000 in one day. Save yourself money and time and go somewhere else. Word for word this guy said "sorry we are closed"... This is at 11:50pm. So you have now false advertisement on your closing time. Get your facts straight and learn some customer service skills because you treat customers like numbers. People like him need to need self awareness of customer satisfaction. This place, prices, and quality are all to take your money they capitalize on you the customer. Take you for everything you got. This place pays $1 per gram of marijuana. You buy it for 13-15. Goto the source and if you need to goto a dispensary then switch up your store because if you are like me I don't take disrespect, especially if I'm a customer. Thumbs down 👎. That is one of the most selfish things to do is to close the door in my face with 10 minutes left till closing as it states on the website. Pathetic.

This place has been my go to for the last 4 years!!!! They have great customer service!!! I will be a loyal customer for years to come!!! Love love love this place!!

Love this dispensary...im mad it took me so LONG to find it! They have the absolute BEST Dabstract selection...and the staff is so awesome and friendly....i refuse to go anywhere else for my weed needs.. lol

Just got off the phone with one of the employees, sounded like they were busy in the store but the dude was short and kinda rude to me. Don’t answer the phone if you’re too busy to answer a customer’s simple question. Otherwise I like the place. When they’re not busy the employees are nice!

I have been going to this location every week for months now. I bought an oil cartridge from them as I always do but later on (before the package was even open) I noticed a huge gap in the gram cartridge. I’m use to buying the same brand every week and the same oil so I was suspicious about the discrepancy. They’ve always told me to keep my receipt in case I had any issues with my cartridges (which I did). After comparing the cartridges visually in front of them the gap/amount missing was obvious. But they weren’t able to do anything for me, telling me the item has to be defective. The item isn’t even open and if it’s missing some weight when the measurements are so little to begin with then that in itself makes it defective. So I left extremely unhappy and went home to open it up and compare it to my previous empty cartridge that was left attached to my vape battery. The cartridge i compared weight to was the same brand and completely empty. The difference was .6. So I paid for a gram cartridge and got .6. Barely above a half gram. A complete rip off.

So it turns out my cartridge is defective but the bud tender didn’t even take the time to analyze it and make sure. Or didn’t even offer to test it which is what she said they do to check for defects. After looking at both cartridges I can see a huge gap from the mouth piece, I took a side by side picture of the empty cartridge and the new one. You can see near the mouthpiece how it’s not connected all the way, hence something probably leaked out over time in processing/packaging.

Absolutely le this shop!! The budtenders are absolutely amazing, and so kind!! If I could give the 420 stars I would!
