Been going to these guys for a while, and I have to say I've never been disappointed, my husband has a high tolerance and they always know what works 4 him, Sergio, Matt, Shilo shout out to them cause of their knowledge n service you guys have been great . Their dama products are the best I've found in Spokane.

First and last time going here today. I ordered online because i saw alot of my fav brands at decent price i ordered a mix and match of about an ounce out of the 6 different flowers i orderd i only got one of the strains i chose they said oh sorry we didnt have any of the ones you orderd in stock and proceded to offer me other brands and strains. They had like several different colombia river reserve offers online i order the grizzly glue when i got there to pick up they said sorry put of that one and then showed me some other brands so i asked if they had any of the columbia river reserve and she said no. They need to update theyr website and the service was terrible.

My first negative review ever.
Until today I never had a problem. I am a regular customer and always spend more than a $100 a visit. I came in to get tincture and capsules and was told by a young man that the tincture i chose was about $10 more than the other same brand but different in the % of cbd to thc. So i went with the lesser as it wasn't worth the $10 difference. I got home to see that I was charged the same price for the lesser. I called spoke to the owner apparently, who seemed like it didn't matter and then hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. I googled lucky leaf saw that I could send them a message and did so. I asked to exchange the product for the one I originally had since they were the same price and was told I could by David. I returned and was told by Sergio I couldn't exchange the product that the owner told him that I had been there 3 times complaining this week. Completely untrue. I have never complained other than to take a cartridge to them that stopped working and they replaced 3 times because of a bad batch of nu green cartridges which was about a month ago. I did tell the owner when I came into when she asked how I was, I said I didn't like the candyland ounce of weed I bought there the other day and went to continue to say that I had the stomach flu and that was probably why, but she didn't hear me as she kept moving on from me. I am completely offended and will not return to this business as they do not have any respect. I was given the exchange but only because I was told via message by David thru Google that they would. There are plenty of shops in this city that would appreciate the business I gave them. So while Im at it i'll say this for those types of attitudes and their prices and quality I will take my business elsewhere.

Wow, worse customer service in any weed store. The line means nothing to them, if you happen to be friends with one of the cashier's, they will let you cut in front of every person in line, and when a customer calls them on it, they kick them out.
Of course, every time I've every gone in there, I haven't once been greeted by any employee. They do not know their merchandise, AT ALL, and they are totally fine with discussing their personal lives, and hanging out with their friends, while paying customers have to wait for them to remember that they are at work.
Seriously, Claire's in the mall hires better employees than this place, and that's saying A LOT!

This was the first time I went to lucky leaf co., no need to go anywhere else very friendly, knowable, & what a selection! I felt like 50 yr old kid in a adult candy shop. I got a couple of things to try i know it will be exactly what i wanted THANKS AGAIN what a great experience

Very nice shop, smokane turned me away for a vertical licence even though I'm 22. Im happy to take my business here, kinda shady part of town, but the staff was very friendly, ask for Zack. 25$ for 3.5g of 25% indica. Good deal
