I love this place its the best weed store in Spokane!!! The prices are fair, wide variety of different kinds. Excellent employees great customer service and always have a smile. And daily specials is a bonus!!!! I highly recommend to everyone.

If I could give negative stars i would. No menu and exceptionally overpriced. I dont want to talk to your employees for 20 minutes to buy product. I want to pick it, pay for it and leave! Terrible business practice IMO

Lucky Leaf is still my go to store in Spokane. I always have a good customer service experience here. I try to make it in on Wednesday or Saturday because they have wax and shatter discounted. The staff are always patient with me as I have them show me vial after vial of concentrates so I can get something with the consistency I like, sugar wax, etc. Make sure you tip the bud tender if you make em run around like I do. Remember, they only work there, they don’t own the joint.

Eh, they’re alright. I’ll keep shopping here because it’s conveniently located and the store is physically nice. But, some of the staff are 1) pretty smug 2) terrible at customer service and 3) will dodge giving u actual answers to your questions.

It’s like, bro, if you think you’re above Spokane, try relocating to a spot that’s not tweaker central.

Though like I said the shop is really nice on the interior and it’s fun to shop there. But most of the staff are indeed pretty smug and standoffish, which is kind of irritating in a line of work like this. Budtenders should be friendly and welcoming and humble imo... emphasis on the humble.

Let start out that the owner and most of the budtenders are awesome. But when I went to get my wife and I some oil today I gave them a 50$ bill and budtender pocketed 30$ of it for his self. Will not shop here again untill the manager straightens out her shop. No one likes being screwed by their pot guy.

Out of town, from Vegas and Lucky Leaf hooked it up. Super helpful and friendly, also quick when It's busy. Vegas dispensaries should come up here to learn how to run things. Also, I realized that I forgot a charger for my own, and they hooked it up for free. Will definitely be back before so leave town.

Great bud but terrible service. You don't feel welcome at all. No one is eager to help or or seem to care about their jobs. They ask you for your ID before even saying hello. The only reason you guys have my service is because it's convenient.

First visit a month ago was pleasant. Greeted by a female budtender who made me want to buy even though they were high priced. Today, different story. A guy came out the back to check i.d. more than anything. I have no need to be mean, but that guy sucks and is the opposite of a person I want to support.
