I used online order and chose curbside pick-up. Long story short the ordering was the only simple part of my transaction. I arrived and called as directed for my order. Speaking with a gentleman that needed me to explain my call a couple of times I was told he would get my order as soon as he was done with his current customer but about 20 min later I decided to call back and only then told that curbside isn't available after dark, a fact not found on the website or even told to me during the first phone call. Once inside I had to wait for my order to be found yet again and then longer for it to be finally filled. While I waited outfront I had seen the employees stand around not doing anything several times. I get that I'm dealing with a weed store but there may be a bit of a problem with employees that can't handle more than a customer directly in front of them. Although some leeway is given due to the stellar quality of the product.

Lucky leaf Co. Is the place to get pot in Spokane. It's in a convenient place it's easy to get to. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and helpful. You can step right out there front door and light a joint or hit a pin or whatever and they won't say nothing to you they encourage it. And they had great specials and deals and yes it's a really good experience highly recommend it

This is the best place downtown to get weed in my opinion I absolutely love the girls who work there. They know be my name and they’re super chill and almost always know what I’m looking for. The vibes are super chill and I am absolutely 100% thankful that this place is in walking distance of my house.

Can’t remember the managers name but he was what every place of business wants and needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to show you any product and explain the many benefits their products have. Can’t wait till the next shopping spree lol
