I love the shop. Nice little place with a lot of variety. My only issue is with the model I guess? You're sort of discouraged from free browsing to stand in line. Then you feel rushed from the line forming behind you while feeling pressured to make a quick impulsive decision. I would really like them to allow people to move freely outside of the queue to have more time to look before making a purchase. Good prices.

This has nothing to do with the owner as I've watched him work and display his love for his company and everyone that comes around/ works for him. The owner even knows homeless people that come around the outside of the store by name, he's a really good person. BUT, the budtenders tend to favor those purchasing higher ticket items or those who spend more. As I've had a lot of rude experiences when I come in and try to purchase some discount products, yet when I pay $75 for a gram of oil, I'm the most important customer to them. This company can do SO. MUCH. BETTER.

Was lucky enough to stumble in here tonight. So appreciate of the staff who made sure I was safe. I don't know who was on but I owe them so much for being there tonight. Generally a great place with a great staff. Some staff members are definitely more helpful and knowledgeable than others. The downtown location means that there are not a lot of large quantity options here and products harvested by popular companies sell out quickly. As a result, their sativa availability is often pretty limited.
On the contrary, their drink cooler is one of the best I've seen locally. They also offer discounts for industry employees, UPS workers, and veterans if not others as well.
