The best cannabis shop in WA, hands down. Heston, a fellow vet, is my favorite of the top notch bud tenders they have onsite. Great product, great prices and the best veteran discount in WA. The experience here is how I envisioned it would be before pot was legal and where you walk in and there’s NOT a “bouncer” at the door, there’s NO “process” just to get in the door like the other shops in town. I travel for work btw Walla Walla, Seattle and the Tricities and this is the only place I pick up from now. Other pot shops: take notes from these guys.

Great products, however you pay a premium. I have never been willing to pay the prices they charge for good oil which can be nearly 100/g, but they do carry some more reasonably priced products.

Horrible customer service, said my ID wasn’t scanning or something, but it doesn’t expire till 2024 so I don’t know why it is wasn’t working. Other person working was drawing a picture instead of helping the manager who didn’t know how to actually work the scanner they had.

We have always had a positive experience at WWCC. Other dispensaries are closer, but we choose to give WWCC our business.
The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the store has an upscale appearance.
We especially love working with Alex - his helpfulness and insight into growth practices, terpenes, etc. will definitely help guide us to what will be mos beneficial to us overall.

Went there several times. But this time had very bad experience. They sold me an expired cookie. When I checked it and went back to return it, they did not take it and behaved rudely and all I just wanted a fresh cookie but they said its illegal to take it back. Will someone ask is it legal to sell expired stuff.
Out come : I had to take the the expired cookie and ended up throwing in garbage.
Waste of 28 dollars.
Two days later
I received a reply from the company about this msg and they said they never sell cookies.
I did not want to specify the name of the cookie.
But just to let you know(company) it was Zoots bites pack of six.

Stopped in the shop while visiting the town with friends. It was the fall wine release and I don't drink so this was my substitute :) Alex was wonderful helping us pick out just the right product for our tastes and I was very pleased with our purchase. We try to stop into shops around the country where recreational weed is legal (we are from New Jersey where it is NOT) to see how the industry is growing and how individual shops are tailoring to the desires of their clientele. The Walla Walla Cannabis Company seems to have just the right angle for the business. I would highly recommend them and Alex!
