I went to this establishment prior to the pandemic, and was really looking forward to going back. I am a member of the Green Party and prefer to endorse my money with businesses that share the same beliefs. During the pandemic it was my understanding that Sweet Relief took online orders only, and I prefer to see my ganja before I buy, so I haven’t been in since March. Today I called, to see what kind of pricing they had available, whether the store was open, etc. The girl that answered the phone was very distracted (talking to other people, kept saying hello?), and hung up on me before I could even ask her my questions. It was the shortest, and most frustrating conversation I’ve had in a long time (and I work doing online support and customer service). In my opinion, Yakima Weed Co has better customer service, and better pricing. I called them after I got off the phone with Sweet Relief and they were happy to answer my question. They may have a longer line, but being treated with respect is most important in my opinion.

The employees here are extremely rude. You can tell they don't care. They say they have curbside pick up online, so I ordered it and went there to get it just for them to say they don't do it. The girl on the phone laughed at me when I asked her and then hung up on me. Extremely rude. Go to happy time in yakima. Way better service and they're happy to help you.

Sweet Relief is a top notch shop. Great staff, and probably the best deals in town. I go regularly between this shop and one other after trying most shops in town since legal. If you want the cheapest prices, check them out. I highly support these good people. Keep up the good work!
