I always am a bit intimidated to go in vape shops as I always feel I’m being judged in them. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome, was greeted the second I stepped in. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. I was allowed to sample several products and was recommended a specific one (I wanted menthol not just straight mint.) I got the perfect juice that is clean and fresh and much better than what another shop sold me. I will be returning and giving all my future business to this shop!

Went in to this store today to buy my step son who is 23 some vape juice for Christmas and apon me asking the man for his menthol flavor kind he ask what I liked and I said it’s for my step son and before I could even get out for Christmas he asked me for his ID whom was not even with me. My son was home and the code reads I’m the only one who needs and ID unless it is a 2nd party sale whole would make that a person with me and me asking them question. This was not the case and the kid refused me the sale I have been in retail as a manager for over 20 years and this is not the way you do business. This vape shop lost my business and any one else I tell not to go there. Please teach your employees the rule around carding.

Miccah and Maria were super fantastic. My glass cracked from a new vape I bought earlier in the day and it was 8pm when the store closed and I showed up. They stayed in until after 845pm to help me find one that fit since they were out of stock on the glass mine needed. They really went above and beyond for me and after close at that. Most shops close 5 minutes before they are scheduled to even close and I was just blown away by how great they were. They didn't care that they were supposed to be out of the store. They just wanted to help and have me leave happy. 100% recommend and 100% on customer service. These 2 rock!

I have to go with a 5 star rating. The staff here is always helpful an courteous. They answer all customers questions and will spend time with a customer trying to find the right eliquids and or hardware you're looking for. Give them a try!

First time in the particular vape shop, been to almost all in southern WV. I am a very picky vaper and I can honestly say this was the most honest, most affordable and friendly store I have seen yet. The two young men in there this evening were knowledgeable, helpful and weren't trying to just make as much money as possible. They wanted me to get a product I would be satisfied with. Also worth mentioning I got a new mod AND tank for 79$ 10/10 will be visiting this shop exclusively from here forward!
