Bri is the staff member that assisted me. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their high CBD hemp flower, along with medication, is helping me control my epileptic symptoms. I placed my first order for the first time from Doc Jon’s just a few days ago, it was such an easy and stress free process. Not only was it an easy process, but I also received the most wonderful customer service experience from Bri! She was very helpful, and seemed very educated on the products they have, she explained each individual product to me throughly: the effects I would feel, the MG, and what she would most likely recommend to try. After the purchase she assured me she would get my tracking number to me right away so I can keep an eye out for it. I went there today for the first time with a friend. The atmosphere alone was welcoming and beautiful. The owner/operator is extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time talking with us and showing us around. He talked about how he got started and taught us about some of the processes and products they make. Ive been to a lot of stores that sell similar items but it always seems like there are too many brands and types to really understand what you are getting. The fact that these are local business owners who farm and manufacture their products is so much more reassuring. I cant wait to go back and im bringing some friends! Thank you again for teaching us and being so kind and patient!
