I'm at the shop and it's 9:10am it says on their door opens up at 9: 00am. However the lights are off and no one's here 🤷

The owner showed up later and was apologetic and nice about it.

Update: on two consecutive visits, with two different employees at the point of sale, this establishment attempted to charge a "card payment fee" of over $2 on purchases of over $50, with zero signage or other disclosure regarding this fee posted at the point of sale, and with the fee added at the last second on the itemized POS display. In one case, the fee was added to a cash purchase. In my experience, it appeared as though the employees manually added the surcharge and intentionally proceeded to the sales "total" display page as quickly as possible to avoid notice. I did notice the surcharge before payment and the employee removed the surcharge upon request, but in both instances, the employee did so "as a favor".

This is not only a terrible business practice, it also may violate the terms and conditions of the Clover POS service and credit/debit payment processors (Visa/Mastercard etc.), though I cannot say so definitively and state this only as conjecture based on recollection of consumer-protection information I came across years ago. Perhaps they have every right to charge customers an exorbitant and undisclosed fee for using credit/debit cards. But legally-permissible or not, this is not what I'd consider a positive element of the shopping experience!

The employees also tend to push product lines unrelated to what I wish to purchase (always promoting their THC-type products, I only purchase nicotine-containing products), a fact which I have made clear during every visit to this location. Based on my own experience and observations, they aggressively try to upsell customers and promote absurd "deals" and "today, for you" special bulk-pricing discounts. The unadvertised ad-hoc deals may in fact be quite advantageous to customers. I have no qualms with an employee attempting to make an agreeable offer of a discount if they so choose, but I think it's bad form and makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. When a customer asks for one item and the employee *tells* the customer "no, you will buy two" and continues to pressure the customer to reconsider when rebuffed, it crosses the line of legitimate salesmanship into potentially intimidating, hard-bargaining territory.

My recent visit (4/28/2022) was the last time I will shop here, and I would suggest everyone avoid this location in particular. I cannot speak to other 102 CBD Vape Smoke locations in the area, as I have not frequented those other locations. I don't know whether other locations are under the same ownership and/or if those locations suffer the same poor management and service standards. I certainly hope not, for their sake.

It is a real shame that they have given up on providing the friendly and fair service they had when I began shopping here. I enjoyed the first few months of being a customer, and I used to genuinely look forward to visiting this store. I hope they get their act together and stop charging hidden fees to their customers and pushing unwanted products on their visitors. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here again any time soon.

Very good selection bought a nectar collector at a good price and its works like charm and only payed $5 for a extra tip for it also got some cool portable e vape flavors i bought the cali maxx and for only $13 it last long and the flavor is phenomenal and its 0.5% nicotine the guy will cut you good deals even take out anything to show you or try also recommend the cbd gummies as i smoke the real stuff the cbd gummies had me feeling real good and even gave me and the wife a sample 😀 well recommend this location
