Always a good experience here. They allow you to test product before leaving store and the staff are always friendly and efficient. As a regular in the shop they know my preferences and if something is out generally steer me in the right direction for something else. Would recommend 👌🏾

The staff are super friendly and quick so you can be in and out in no time. With other tobacco stores in the area closing their doors in the past few years, it's nice to still have somewhere to go to get a good selection of pipe tobacco and cigarette tubes for RYO (roll your own) cigarettes.

The only reason why this is not one star is the gentleman who works the front counter is a nice person-but just does not seem to know how to do their job properly/not trained. They were virtually of no use to me when it came to answering my questions and sold me a vape that was I was not in the market for, even though they insisted it would work with dry bud. I came back and explained it to them, the exchanged it-only for it to yet again be something I cannot use yet again.
Know the product you are selling. Yeah, I'm sure whoever assisted me has loads to say about the actual product you stuff in the vape, but when when we are talking about equipment that can be running buyers three figures, you take the customer queries seriously. I will at least be charitable enough to guess this as ignorance, albeit inexcusable.
In any case-go to Infinite Vapor instead. Far better service, staff, and knowledge.

I purchased multipal smok cartridges as well as the Novo 3 and none of them work properly after so many uses an s so basically plan on spending over $100 and only getting a short time of use for any of the Vape products do not expect it to last longer than a week for each and every item then I'm attempting to call and ask about what they can do about it it's been over a month and when you spend the next hundred dollars maybe we can do something about it so over $200 and then something can be done about it
