I was greeted by a lovely woman and man who was behind the counter.. They helped me with a purchase for a family member. Normally I pay 166, but with their recommendation I purchased items made in the USA. My family found the new brand to be great. Made in Oklahoma and I saved a lot of money. Thank You. J 53211

I have driven past this store countless times and never stopped until last week. Smokies is now my preferred smoke shop! The woman who helped me knew all of the products so well and just by a short convo was able to help me pick out exactly what I needed and turned me onto some new flavors I may have never tried on my own. Their prices on my coils and e-juice are the best I have found in the area and their selection is great. The store is spotless and very well organized. I was made to feel like I had been a long time customer even though it was my first visit.

Love this store. One of the only place in Milwaukee that carried the brand "This" cigarettes. $5 a pack. And better than newports. OH AND THE GUY THAT RUNS THIS STORE IS SUCH A SWEET, DOWN TO EARTH, GUY. SOO SOO FRIENDLY AND NICE. I REALLY LOVE THIS STORE AND THEY HAVE SUCH A VARIETY OF STUFF FOR SMOKERS AND EVEN SOME NICE STUFF FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T (I DON'T EVEN SMOKE BUT THEY GOT SOME AMAZIN SMELLING AIR FRESHNERS YOU CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE) LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

I love this Vape shop, they're always SO friendly, helpful, and above all else.. PROFESSIONAL! A lot of vape shops in the area seem to either be run-down, foreign owned, dumps, who only care about money, not Smokies! Their store is neat, clean, and we'll stocked, and the staff on duty is always extremely helpful, attentive, and nice. I especially like the HOT blond cougar who (I think) owns the place. She's probably twice my age, but man, ill tell you what.. she's a hot little tomato!

Almost disgusted to answer any questions to somebody that's not only a fellow business owner but operates out of 15 other states. Wasn't mentioned, for my job requires me to keep the conversation regarding that very small. However lots of products to choose from very great inventory second time I've been in here if you know what you want then you're good to go if you have to ask questions or are new to vaping, highly suggest doing research online and going to a different store because the questions may have been answered but they were not answered in a positive tone. Major in human interaction psychology, but disregard that. The shop is how you would say in it for the money very high standards for their personal gain but as far as helping, answering questions, and friendliness.... if I ever found out anybody like that was working in one of my shops it would be immediately gone. Fourth shop I've been to In The City, employees must all have the same motto " maximize profits disregard clients treat them like a disposable tank, and expect them to not come back"

For one I bought this really cool owl bong and it was cheap a lot of people thought I spent a lot of money on it and I love it and I have bought CBD bath bubble 1,400 mg wonderful stuff to just relax I use it in the daytime and night time my body feels so good and I feel like it's well worth my money than the other CBD bath bombs that are way overpriced and less milligrams 😏 the service there was wonderful they helped me out as much as they could I had no problems and the prices are beautiful nice and cheap and reasonable and the product is well worth it thank you

I want to give this place a 5 star part because they are the ONLY place in Milwaukee that carries one of my favorite juice flavors AND I want to try to counter act the 1star that a previous person posted because she/he couldn't get her $ back for a heavy used rolling machine. Smokies is NOT responsible for a machine after its been used. Its on the manufacturer to fix their product. That's common sense. Its one thing if it was damaged when you bought it. But after you use it for months, its not the sellers responsibility.. Anyway, good job by the owners to not give in to ignorance. 👍
