I don’t usually do reviews. It was my first time stopping. It was nice inside, but upon getting home 2 out of the 4 items did not work. I left when they closed the store and called the next day a few hours after they opened. The guy working said there’s nothing he can do, which is unfortunate seeing I tried this place because I heard about it from someone. Won’t be going back. It sure would be nice to shop more local, but I’ll continue to wait for trips out of the area.

Ken brings in new products almost every week and he is very nice to repeating customers which include discounts and free test samples. And it's right in my neighborhood. Love this place

I wish I had stopped in earlier! Great selection, super clean, helpful staff and overall good experience. I can save a lot of time now that I know that they sell vape juice here. I had been driving to Rhinelander or Wausau for it since they banned shipments direct to customers. Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service from the owner directly! I took my handicap mother to this store to get some medicine. When we got there she politely asked to use the restroom but was refused with an explanation of he isn’t cleaning up after dirty pigs anymore. Well I then stated we were just about to spend a good chunk of change until being treated so rudely then I was told to get out of his store. Never in my life have I seen a new business treat anyone this way!

Very nice and helpful people I have serve PTSD and both husband and wife are very helpful and I don’t understand why some people are very rude and disrespectful to them, My Wife and I love going there because they have cool and relaxing stuff there like there fish tank my wife loves watching the fish

I don't know about anyone else but i dealt with the cashier and what i believe was the owner and both were respectfull and explained all my questions and assisted me with my entire purchase. GREAT Costumer service.

we got there at 6:55pm and the doors were locked. when looking in, there was a man sitting at the counter counting cash. when i got his attention i asked him to open the doors and he shook his head at me and went back to counting his money. i thought you closed at 7pm not 5 minutes early
