Great selection and reasonably priced. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love their rewards program as well. Constantly bringing in new product to try which is very nice!

Nice costumer service, atleast for me theres always one guy ik that works there hes pretty nice n laid back and usually will help you. I needed a new vape bc my nord went to shizzle and i wanted something that didnt spit back at me and he recommended me a vape his partner uses, It works great. The dispoables are one of my favs though since they carry one of my fav flavors that i havent been able to find anywhere else.

Its also usually pretty calm in there usually never a line or a long wait.

Been buying faulty equipment here for a couple years now, because that's all we had in Rhinelander. Got ripped off again today... Going to Still Smokin' from now on.

Excellent service. I had a battery issue with a mod and the employee helped establish the issue, using her own batteries. Then helped purchasing the rest of the products I needed and gave great suggestions. I haven’t had service like this in quite a while and will definitely return. Staff has been exceedingly friendly and helpful, products I have purchased have been great, and the location is pretty good also.

First time visiting Xtreme Vape and new to to the vape world too! Came to pick up some new Juice Flavs and was a bit overwhelming when you can't sample them out anymore due to COVID :( I missed the boat on that one)! However, Steve, (i believe?) was a great help! Got a few new juice flavors and am enjoying them very much! Nice selection and will be back for sure! Thanx again!

I have been coming here for awhile because it is the only place within an hour drive (that I knew of). The lady with dreads is helpful & kind. Steve/the other guy, is not. Nobody had ever mentioned my daughter needed to stand outside until today, when it was 20 below windchill. In the past, she’s sat at the chair by the door. Nobody said that wasn’t allowed in the past. Waiting in the car, around the corner and out of sight isn’t an option for me. He also wouldn’t accommodate a phone order, where I could come in & show my ID to pick up. They’ve taken phone orders in the past (early Covid period) for pick ups with ID proof at pickup. I had also found out that Steve gave me incorrect info on how I can /cannot use one of the pod systems (according to his own coworker & another vape shop in Wausau). So double check the wattage/juice/pod details on your own. I never leave reviews but after my last visit with him being anything but friendly...to making the long trip today. I drove home with no juice, no accommodations. 2 hours wasted. Find an accommodation for parents.: ***If you’re coming from the north like me...check out The CBD store in minocqua! I didn’t know they carried such a nice selection. Otherwise, The Vapor Lounge in Wausau is worth the drive...both places have much more helpful staff. Steve...take the other reviews to heart and find one. This wasn’t the first time he’s come off as rude, unfriendly and unwilling to be kind and helpful.

This is the third battery I have bought that didn't work or stopped working shortly after I bought it. I never bothered trying to return those. Had one today, new in box, receipt. Can't return it, no returns. So basically, they pocket the $19 and screw their customers. Cigarettes are far superior. I will go back to those.

Very unprofessional. They banned me without cause or reason. I was a loyal customer for over two years and was always kind and friendly. I previously wrote a great review on this shop but after my significant other turned in her keys over in store drama, she was banned and by default I was banned. I contacted the manager respectfully to see why I was being banned for something that had nothing to do with me and was told it was a decision made by the owners. So I respectfully contacted the owners and explained that I was a loyal customer have nothing to do with the personal issues between them and her. I stated that I only wished to purchase my vape supplies so I didnt have to drive over an hour or simply start smoking again, and that my hope was to resolve the matter. I was met with no response.. seems unfair, wrong, and downright petty to ban a loyal customer who's only crime is being in a relationship with someone who quit over drama that had nothing to do with me.

Nice product selection. Prices are reasonable. Nice, helpful young lady behind the counter.
