Despite being STILL INSUDE THE STORE, and having NOT EVEN SIGNED THE PURCHASE SLIP, I was refused a return on a vaping cartridge battery.
The store policy, in writing, states that the sale is finaL WHEN IT LEAVES THE STORE.
This is NOT the case.
Nice employees, and a decent merch assortment. But bad management means poor customer service, and that is the case here.

Been here for a while waiting for them to open. Sundays hours are supposed to be 12-6pm and the doors still aren't open at 10 minutes after noon.... I've watched at least 7 possible customers leave..... Good luck staying open....
