So first time ever in this store and I'm pretty amazed on their knowledge and courtesy. They have a great selection of cleaners and a good selection of merchandise. I didn't see much for glassware though. Don't get me wrong they have some nice glassware at decent prices it's just not a whole heck of a lot. Hence why I gave them 4 stars. Love the fact that they have cats working with them and the cat has its own catnip fund.

Nice people.. I suppose.. they kinda don't really wanna talk to you if you don't look like you have money so they just walk over to the crowd of friends they have over. The prices are to high because they can I guess? We're from Cali so we know when a company is just trying to take advantage of being one of the only stores in the area. Hire people with knowledge not just people that'll make your stuff sell. "I'm not sure" isn't a good answer when you run the store.

They have very very good prices, some of the best I've seen. I went in to buy some shisha and they carried a HUGE selection of starbuzz at a really good prices. My buddies and I have gone to this place since it opened and so far we are all pretty stoked about it. They also have tons of hookah and pipe pieces so if your looking for a missing/specific part there is a good chance they have it. And the cats are friendly.
