Have supported this local business for years now and have had a mostly positive experience until my last purchase. They sold me two cartridges, one appears perfect while the other clearly had a defect in the seal. Knowing what a mess a broken or leaking seal can do in a purse, I chose to bring my entire purchase back, nothing opened, with receipt and was advised that if I possibly wanted to exchange the clearly defective item I would have to make a third trip back there when a manager was available. As I had already gone out of my way to make the trip there to exchange, I wasn’t going to do that all over again. The female working said she couldn’t do anything to help me. I asked her to contact her manager since I wasn’t able to come all the way back over to that side of town again. She called and there was no answer from the manager. I waited a few minutes to see if they would respond and didn’t. I am so insanely disappointed that this small business chose to take my money and sell defective products without offering a reasonable solution [replacement]. I won’t be coming back and will no longer be recommending this business, due to their lack of help.

This place is the bomb.com. they are by far the elite and sky high above any local competitors i have been too. I use competitors loosely. This place has a cozy smalltown atmosphere but with big city dispensary like products. The staff is very friendly great knowledge, great service, great attitude, great product, and of course great conversation. Prices are a bit above average but they are very helpful at finding the discounts and really trying to help find not just what is most affordable but also what will last longest or give you the most bang for the buck!
