THE BEST store on the strip! I went in with a bunch of questions yesterday and the lady answered every single one!! They have MANY pain relieving muscle rub options.
I picked some up for my back and grabbed another bottle for my grandmother with Arthritis WE BOTH LOVED IT!! It Works BETTER than tiger balm or icey hot!

Went to the store in the Dells sign stated open at 11am so my husband I walked around the dells until 11am.Went back at 11am not open so I called Nat said we are opened but not in the dells in portage, so portage we went .The lady at portage store was sooo nice and very informed and apologize that the store in the dells was not opened.Nat if you are not opened please put that on your website otherwise you will be losing a lot of customers .Thank you to the lady behind the counter

I recently visited CBD American Shaman and was pleased with my visit at first. I had purchased a disposable cbd vape (DCV). After a couple hits the DCV stopped working. When I went back to CBD American Shaman to inquire why the DCV stopped working; they told me it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do. Now this was very disappointing consider the pricing on the DCVs. Now I know CBD American Shaman does not manufacture these DCVs, but I would've expect that they could at least guide me in the direction of trying to fix the issue. Or for CBD American Shaman to be somewhat knowledgeable on common problems of the products they're carrying. I was able to fix my problem with the DCV after doing research. It was a simple and common problem that the customer service of CBD American Shaman should have been familiar with in my personal opinion.
