After reading reviews I see this is not an uncommon problem. I placed an order on November 11 now it's December 29th. After sending 2 emails I have heard nothing back. My order on their account said on hold. So I was wondering what is wrong. And I can't get a response. I wonder if this is a real online store.

Sounds like the physical store is great but the online store stinks. I've placed an online order twice now and gotten an email saying they are waiting to see if the payment clears before fulfilling the order, then nothing. I waited three weeks for the first time and a week for the second. I just wish they'd prioritize their online store as much as their box store because they have great prices.

This is my favorite place to come to get all the things I need to support my families health and well-being. Starla is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Waste of time don't bother. to quote "The shipper's tracking number is Gary, Item Currently unavailable. We do not know when or if this item will be back in stock. At this time the order will be cancelled and credit card will not be charged. Thank you for the chance to be of service." Why why was the order taken if product is not in stock? Oh oh I know to WASTE MY TIME. Bo & Hiss Bo & Hiss to this business practice! See Mr. Lynch's review 3 years ago I should have copied his story, same as mine but more eloquent.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a supplement for my son from Discount Remedies Inc expecting it to be delivered in the time frame that they stated it would be. When I inquired about the tracking of the product a week later they sent me an auto-generated email stating it was sold out. I could have purchased this product many other places by now and assume that if I had not inquired about the order I would simply have never received it. Do not order from their online service.

I give them zero stars placed an order 7/6/2017. I've called several times with no return call from them. I've emailed several time with no response. Horrible
