One male and one female employee, in backroom when we entered store. First thing, they demanded identification, not asked, demanded! After showing them our id's, we took to the shelves to look at their items. Two minutes in I accidentally said b.o.n.g and was rudely threatened with removal. Understandable, they have rules, it was an accident and I apologized immediately and proceeded to be conscious of my wording.A few minutes later, I pointed at a peice and said that one. Flying out of left field, the male employee threatened to kick me out again for saying b.o.n.g. When I explained that I said that one, he proceeded to tell me he hears things and just needed to make sure I knew the rules, WHAT?! My parents and I also received the world's most uncomfortable stare down from the male employee, I had no intention of stealing and didn't appreciate be treated like it. It made the over all experience unpleasant and created a very unwelcoming environment. All in all if I didn't love the item I purchased so much I would have left without spending a dime. I will never be going back, I like to spend money where I am welcome, not berated.
