Writing this review for both these sites. They have a wonderful collection of flavors and equipment with some flavors you can't get at other places. But, the big reason why I will only shop Black Market Vapes is the employees. They are some of the coolest, knowledgeable, and professional employees I had ever had to deal with. When you are there they will answer any and all questions never appearing to be annoyed. They love where they work and it shows in customer service. I always ask for there recommendations on flavors. When they show me one I had already they find another good flavor for me to have. Sorry for the long review but I hope there Boss realizes that they are doing a great job with the business and on there hiring process.

I always go to black market because everyone is super friendly! Today they didn’t have the flavor I usually get:( but Jacob helped me, was super nice and patient with me!:) he recommended a different flavor and I have to say I was not disappointed! Now I have another flavor I can get if my usual one is out! Thank you!! :)

Both the guys that helped me were super friendly and helpful. They didn't make me feel rushed at all when I was being indecisive. They also hooked me up with an amazing sample gummy, said it was their own brand, and let me tell you, it was amazing!!!

Love this place! The staff are very nice and friendly and are always doing their best. They have a great knowledge of the store and are awesome at answering any question you may have. I have yet to meet a worker there wasn't knowledgeable and friendly.

Freaking fantastic, the best place on earth. No but for real, the people there are super nice and helpful and chill. The store is always clean and well stocked. So ya it is at least ONE of the best places on earth.

This is for both locations in Cheyenne. Only reason is not 5 star is they have been out of my husband's specific flavor for quite a while, he's a tad picky. Maybe it's their supplier....as I was able to find it online. 🤷♀️. I'd rather support local when possible though. The employees are very helpful and accommodating. They always answer our questions with politeness and are courtesy which is not very common anymore. Thank you guys ❤️
