I have been shopping at Capitol Kratom for bout two to three years, when I first started the customer service was 100%, still today the customer service is 100%. They have the best Kratom I've ever had and I have never had any issues in any category whether it's customer service, pricing, or shipping. The best advice I can give you is, stop looking and just give these guys a try, they will not disappoint.

I have tried over 70 vendors and capitol has some of the strongest kratom I had.i love greens amazing for energy. Mood lift and pain relief the customer service is great also. And fast shipping. I live in Tennessee. I have always got it in 2 days.if u want some awesome kratom then capitol has it all.

Edited --- I visited here for the first time yesterday. It's run by a husband and wife. They were both friendly, I get the impression the gentleman is the face of this company, very informative on all of their products, answering every question with ease, it was clean and smelled wonderful in there.

So I returned, a few days later, I appreciate someone who can still recognize a customer even after they just met, really outstanding customer service from this couple. Very friendly, outgoing, and even when it was busy they took the time to talk, get to know and help their customers find what they're looking for and then some!

Absolutely 5 stars. The kratom at this store is also top knotch. The owners of this establishment are friendly and go out of there way to help me and my wife. They also have a huge selection of loose tea, inscense, tobacco pipes, cbd, delta products and much more. I highly recommend these products whether for pain management or pleasure they got I all.

I would be lost without these guys!! The quality of their product is completely unmatched especially for the price. Ive used Kratom for more than 8 years now and with the rising popularity has come less than savory product and sellers; quality typically comes with a high price tag unless you’re shopping here!!! Great group. Class act. Glad I had the chance to meet you guys during my travels. Too quality product at a very reasonable price. I use two wholesalers and you guys have the others beat hands down. Super fast delivery and packed for shipment. That's a great thing when you go to open your mail and there isnt product coming out of the envelopes.
