Staff has always been rude to me. I don’t get it. They aren’t polite or friendly. Barley even acknowledged me or other customers, acted like I was a nuisance and bother with my questions. Just wanted to ring me up & be done with me. Emailed them with a question on their contact me page. No response. Poor customer service and return policy. Sucks because I like the store & selection but if I’m spending my $ somewhere I cannot stand rude employees.

Love the employees here always super friendly and have a great choice I'm juices. Definitely a place I will always go too. Plus they are open on sunday!!!

I live out of town, and this was the first place I had went to after moving away from my original shop in Cheyenne, and they have been nothing but helpful and very polite each time I’m there! Very helpful staff. We went in for CBD for one of our dogs that has arthritis, not knowing what to buy. The young lady, wish I got her name, was so helpful. She took her time with us. We didn't feel rushed at all. We will go back when we need more!

Worst vape shop in town. It's a joke. Bad attitudes all around except for eddie. Owner has a 150-200% markup on devices, over a 100% markup on juice, and orders all of their stuff from normal vape sites available to the public. They've got rid of their best people year after year after year since the start and keep getting new people that barely know anything and charge an arm and a leg for stuff you could order yourself and save 75%. Do not recommend any of these shops in Gillette. Save the money and go to Casper if you can or order it yourself.

Used to be. A good shop, but the owners attitude lost me as a customer after 4 years. (Eddies is still the best staff I’ve dealt with at a vape shop)

I love this shop! Everybody here is great and very knowledgeable about all of their products. They do make sure that you're 18 or older before discussing anything with you but that's life! If you're not of age then don't bother! They are a great company and its extremely hard for me to go anywhere else!

I go here in a pinch. It used to be one of the best in town. Now however it is a standby for me. Great looking store, wide selection. Staff is not as knowledgeable as it once was and pricing is a bit high. Not bad though.
