Dropped into uBlaze for an elfbar today while passing through town. The gentleman behind the counter was super polite and patient. Only reason it's a 4 not 5 is because they didn't carry non nicotine disposables. Otherwise, great little place! Will absolutely return next time I'm in town :)

If I Could give a zero I would. They have a ZERO...They Mean Zero Exchange or return policy. I purchased a battary and it didn't fit my cartridges. So I brought it back in next day unused. Seems reasonable. Just exchange it or just refund the $20.00... Nope they needed this bad review instead.

They are always helpful and informative when I go in. It's a very calm mellow environment which I enjoy considering everyday life (especially in 2020) is hectic. Since I started going in I have been able to quit smoking cigarettes completely. Definitely would reccomend!

In a town that only has one true vape shop they definitely make it seem they have competition. Being able to walk into a business and ask questions, and have them answered is amazing. What definitely sells me on this store is how they will educate you, but also just have a conversation with you as a person. You don't even have to purchase anything to receive this service either! There has been many days I have gone in there and have just hung out with them. Definitely a superb store that enjoys working with their customers!

Their customer service is lacking at times and their return policy stinks. They should take items back when they hand items to you and tell you that they will work with the vape that you have. Then you open up the package that they gave you and find out that it isn't the right product at all, and all they want to give you is a 10% discount on the next purchase of the correct product which should have been correct to begin with. I really hope someone like Smoker Friendly will give these guys some competition soon

Legit spent 100$ on vape juice and new coils. Drive home and the coils do not fit when the lady specifically said they were compatible. It is extremely upsetting that this has happened over 5 times to me at this shop. No refund. Nothing they can do apparently. What they should do is MAKE SURE they are selling compatible coils for the devices they have. Ridiculous and frustrating. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money ublaze.

Went in look for a simple vape mod for my fiance. Bridgette was very knowledgeable about all the products and pointed out pros and cons of everything she showed us. She even set (both) of our new devices. Will definitely recommend to our friensds.

Not only do they act like your IQ Is not comparable to their’s, there system for doing things is crazy, I go in there to buy some Vape supplies I told them what I have and I go in there enough they know what I have, and when I buy they supplies I need I go home to see that they don’t fit my mod, but they tell me that I can’t have a refund and have to buy all the stuff again, when it was there fault for messing it up, happened more then one time and with multiple people I know they then blame it on the company so nothing ever gets done. Better off waiting The time it takes to order things off the Internet then to have to buy the item twice.
