Warm and cozy atmosphere, the Bud Tenders were courteous and friendly. The inventory was impressive and reasonably priced. I recommend you visit, it'll brighten your day!

I had given them 5stars because the bud was nice and the front people friendly but mostly a cool point system; however I can not in good faith support a business that pushes mandates and requires any medical procedures (in this case vax)for their employees. For this and other reasons I won't support this company & felt I should keep my reviews honest. I haven't been in nearly a year. They had fun color schemes.

We go in for plants, almost as often as we do for cannabis products. The staff is super chill and friendly, service is fantastic, and the selection is always superlative. I can't say enough good stuff about them. Thanks for being awesome, y'all!

Love everything about this store. They have consistent, high quality products and great staff!!! They recognize me and know me by name & what i usually buy, they're super knowledgeable and friendly - LOVE Angela's always upbeat attitude!. I can say they actually care also. I've gone in super depressed grieving the loss of my father, last husband and my dog of 12 years recently, all within the last 2 years and they get me to crack a smile and have bought me my joint on one of the hardest days of my life. They're weed is one of the few in fairbanks that still get me stoned even with my high tolerance.

Customer service is exceptional! The associates are well informed of products and deals. The prices are great with a wide selection of flower, carts, and pre rolls. They are covid aware and used masks and sanitizer and provide masks to customers as well. They are a professional laid back atmosphere. Highly recommend. Definitely worthy of 5 stars. One of the better dispensaries I've been to in the fairbanks area.

I love how reliable they are! If you use medicinally like I do, it can be difficult to find places that keep consistent strains available once you find something that works. Pakalolo has amazing CBD products and a variety of strains for different needs they keep in rotation. If you’re looking for great product, friendly service and a dependable dispensary check them out!!

They've always been good to me in Anchorage. It was nice to see the same treatment applied all the way out here in the Banks. What I like about their strains specifically are that they always go for strong flavor profiles. It doesnt hurt either that the counter girl there is cute as a button.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR PRODUCT NUMBER ON THEIR BOARD. Pay $18 for 23% flower, when it was suppose to be 29% (not a number chaser but I wanted to receive the advertised product) And they REFUSE to fix their mistake AFTER i was told that they would. Go somewhere else. Save your money. You lost our buisness here and in Anchorage. If I could give negative stars I would. You give the cannabis industry a terrible name and only gave terrible service. Shame on you. Guess you can miss out on the hundreds of dollars we use to spend with you.

Good products a little bit on the spendy side. their clones are a whole other story they are kind of weak and they don't grow very good roots and need to be transplanted ASAP. Everyone is super friendly and they do have a very good selection all around good experience.
