The folks are very efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and remembered me.
They accommodate us older folks with a smile, whether it's speaking loud enough for us to hear, or reading a label if I forget my glasses. I've never felt rushed.
I've used their delivery service. I've ordered online. Everything worked flawlessly.

I saw a sign on 273 saying “best prices in town” I will say, maybe they do have the best prices but that certainly doesn’t mean the best quality.. I went in and the employee just seemed like he did not want to be there, let alone wanting to help, An then I continued to buy a $55 1/8 of indoor flower. That was packaged almost 7 months ago and was to the point where it was almost rough on my throat to smoke. I understand 7 months may not seem crazy long, but when your purchasing a nearly $60 1/8 I’d hope it was somewhat fresh and worth buying... I used to love this club, but I have to say I’m Team Sundial x nug for here on out. :/
Also side note, I’ve talked to this employee before and I believe he is one of the managers which just makes this whole experience look worse.
