I was advised by my excellent chiropractor to get trigger-point therapy at Clinical Massage because my pain was not just skeletal. It originated from having recently broken legs and a long-time history of overdoing it in sports. My regular doctors at Kaiser are very good, but they are not trained in chronic pain management. My sessions with Peter are very effective in relieving whatever area I have strained (mostly from golf). I have sent dozens of my friends to Clinical Massage and they have all become regular customers because there is no place like it.

Best massage around. I've been getting massages for 20 years and Carmen is by far the best. I have been going to them for massage therapy to get scar tissue in my neck and throat to loosen up so I can swallow better and for better rotation of head. When I started I had to turn my upper body to see when driving and backing up. I now can turn my head enough that I don't have to turn body. I also had trouble swallowing anything not chewed up smaller than a pea. I am able now to swallow things about the size of cherry tomatoes without discomfort.

Let me first say that I believe the quality of the therapists at Clinical Massage Therapy is excellent and this review is solely of the management and ownership of this establishment.
If you are a "client" of this establishment, you might wonder why it is that there is such a high turnover of therapists. The reason is that it is managed by an owner who is, at best, neurotic and at worst psychotic. The owner's abhorrent treatment of the staff and her disregard of any civility is well known throughout the industry in the area and amongst skilled therapists.
I would caution anyone who is currently a client or who is looking to become a client, that supporting this business is doing harm to the therapists who are employed there and the industry as a whole.
The Massage industry is one that should be about healing and well-being, with respect for the clients AND the therapists. The professional therapists who work so hard to bring this valuable service and their expertise to their clients deserve to be treated well and appreciated.
PLEASE, reconsider utilizing this business and take your patronage to establishments that respect their therapists and value the staff who are actually doing the work to heal and bring comfort to the clients.

Great place. I was able to skip chiropractor and surgery by coming here for my neck and back pain. Peter was able to work out the issue with my neck, back and hip and restore my range of motion. Couldn't be happier with the place. The owner is really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

This place is amazing! I've been dealing with some pain in my hip, and have been on anti inflammatory medicine, and doing stretches recommended during PT. After my first visit, I had more relief in one hour than all of the above stuff. As mentioned in the other reviews, this place is first class!
