I called this place and was told delivery was already closed but if I came to storefront and being a first timer I'd get 15% off my purchase. Well I spent close to $200 and asked the guy about first time visit, but he kinda shrugged it off. They even advertise 20% off purchases for first time visitors. Been to 5 other dispensaries and they all offered 15 - 20% off for first time visit plus offered me freebies!!!! Won't be returning to this place!!!! Peace out! ✌

First order they missed my delivery, so it arrived a day late. 2nd order had a broken item and they offered a 10% discount on the item, no refund or exhange. Too many options to use them again.

NO stars. paid for $150 worth of product all stale and crunchy. i requested the packaging date be closest to todays date and they gave me product packaged months ago. i called and spoke with manager nicholas in regards to rectifying the situation- he said nothing can be done. they won't credit or exchange. dont give them your business. trash product and horrible management and customer service.

This is a really great store. While not a cannabis user, I am certainly an advocate of the industry and I feel the fact that it has now been legalized in California is a huge positive to our state and those that wish to partake in cannabis use. This store has a very clean, professional appearance and the management clearly cares about the client experience. I'd highly recommend visiting this store, even if you are just curious about the industry or how legal cannabis is becoming as "normal" a part of our culture as booze or gambling. Great store, great staff, recommended.

My first time ever visiting this type of establishment in San Francisco. For adult use only. Very cool look to the place. All of the buds are on display. A large quantity to choose from and also edibles! It was my first time and I was offered a discount because it was the day of the Superbowl. I walked out with an 8th for $25. The girl who took care of me was really sweet and easy to talk to. I was told they even deliver. I will definitely be back again!
