Great/beautiful and spacious store. Warm and welcoming guides. Very knowledgeable, helpful. Extensive product selection. Have set up social distancing and Express Pick Up and kiosks during this crazy time. By far my favorite / best dispensary in OC.

But for the last 5 months its been real inconsistent half the time they don't have the product you're looking for . but they still have it advertised and now the girls behind the counter getting rude.well have to seek out a better store

Brought my package home and 2 of my containers have half of the quantity that they should have! Someone there CANT count!! Wont buy from there again. I’ll stick to melatonin from Sprouts.

Really lovely space, and that’s about it. One is made to feel rushed, ignorant and ultimately unwelcome. No browsing, so you can’t get a feel for what’s available, and assistance is not offered. It’s just - “keep my line moving and get out of my face”, basically. Incredibly disappointing for such a visually pleasing environment. Bleccch.

Soooooo RUDE two blonde girls that helped me today, one said she was a manager the other i bought pen from.
I bought a pen on Thursday and the pen stopped working on and off would not hit, and was wasting the cartridge I had. I called yesterday and was told I could get store credit. I come into store today to be interrogated and watch them rest the pen with me for over 20 min only to tell me I'm a liar and the pen works...
Then tells me to get my cartridge from the car to test it. It barley hits and they still denied to take pen back. As they heckled at me and told me to have a nice day. This is horrible customer service, I had come over a year to this shop and have spent alot of money. I will never go back and will share my experience as much as I can so no one throw away money as i have today.

Came in today. Needed a new medical card as mine expired. The welcome at the front desk was amazing. Marisa ?? ( sorry) walked me thru everything. She even helped me upstairs and thru my purchase answering all my questions. I have a disability and couldnt get up the stairs and she made me feel right at home offering help with the elevator. I wont go anywhere else. Beautiful decor and containers. High end establishment with good prices. Edibles had a great selection. Thanks for the red carpet treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...

First time here and I have to say the 2 individuals I sealed with have horrible attitudes not sure why the vibes are so bad. Checking in I said hello how are you and basically the guy with cross earring just rolled his eyes at me. My budtender seemed like he was in a different workd, annoyed by me asking questions. Didn't say thanks for leaving a tip or reply when I said thanks to him. They're Soo many dispensaries around I really don't see why anyone would deal with the attitudes of the employees. This place was super rad. The inside is the nicest I have ever seen. Cute and friendly staff. The products were all top notch. I will def recommend and will for sure be back.
