Wow so happy I came here today . I have very bad nerve and back pain and found Michael super helpful to me as a novice in the area of CBD products Iām super excited and hopeful th CBD will help pain

I came to this store about a year ago to try and get something for pain relief for my dad, who was just diagnosed with cancer. The store representative suggested I buy $200+ CBD oil and was raving about all the positive effects it will have for his blood pressure and sugar (not pain). She also gave us complimentary gummies to try. My dad did not like the oil at all, and when I came back to return it, the same representative said "we'd be happy to give you a refund, but he's probably not taking it right... " etc, etc. She somehow avoided the return and I ended up going home. I tried to return it one more time and she still convinced me that it will work if he just commits to taking it regularly.
Fast-forward to a year later, this $200+ oil is still just sitting on his shelf untouched. I tried to give this store one last chance for my business by going over there today to see if they would at least give me store credit. My dad lives next door and he did like the gummies.
The owner said it's been over a year and they could only offer me 25% off of a NEW purchase.
Suffice to say I was deeply disappointed with my experience here. I felt pressured to keep the product when I wanted to return it and once the window of return has passed I was denied store credit.
