Convenient. The staff are friendly, helpful, and refreshingly well informed about their products, so you will have no problems finding what you want. Their prices on e-juice are not the cheapest, (vapor source is charges significantly less), but the vape mods and, atomizer coils, and accessories are more reasonable, and they do carry some nice products that you would normally have to get online. I give the fourth star for the excellent and friendly staff.

The device we bought turned out to have a manufacturing defect. They replaced it, letting us know that that was pretty much the only circumstance under which they would do an exchange. The thing that stands out as compared to a lot of other retailers is that they took the time to look for the defect rather than just spouting policy and turning us away. Good business practice. Love the shop. I have seen many employees come and go, however the professionalism has never changed with the new employees. The staff are very knowledgeable on vapes, juices and, the new FDA rules. I love coming in and be able to unwind after work and just talking with the staff. Chelsea goes out of her way to help new and returning customers to make sure they are happy with their products before cashing them out. She has changed the shop for the better and I have seen a lot improvement in the store. This will always be my number one vape Colorado Springs.
