I live in Grand County so there is not really an organic cannabis shop near me. In the past I go to L'eagle in Denver, but I wanted to try Altitude in Dillon since they are a bit closer. I walked in after a long wait (with no one in front of me), rang the bell once, and no one greeted me or took my licence for about 5 minutes. Then, I was let in and my "budtender," (and I say that loosely) Eric H couldn't be less thrilled to help me. He was probably the least helpful budtender I have ever encountered. His answers were short and borderline rude, he had no knowledge of any of the strains, and seemed just annoyed that I was asking questions. At all the other dispensaries I've been to, the budtenders are friendly and helpful, but Erik H was the most unfriendly and least helpful person I have encountered. I was originally excited to try Altitude out since it is not as far of a drive for me, but I will not go back. I will be going back to L'Eagle in Denver for my organic herbal needs in the future because at least they know about their products and treat me like they want me as a customer.

I came with a group of people and the woman at the window talked to 3/5 of us so poorly on different occasions, that at different times we went back to our car. And as we got back together we all mentioned the same thing, how rude the woman was. No thanks!!! Also, where is the list of acceptable forms of I.D.?

I do not know the man's name at this dispensary but he was more than helpful. When my card was declined he was very discreet about it and kept my order on hold till I got back with the cash. First time here and I love this place
