Probably one of my favorite 'chain' to visit. I know the staff will be super knowledgeable, can listen and suggest what I'm looking for, and has stocked more options than I need.
I know I'll get this same experience at any Native roots I stop in.

Good selection, great customer service, chill atmosphere. It was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. Only reason i didn't get 5 stars is because the packaging on one of the items I purchased seemed to have been faulty or tampered with 😕

The online order made after hours for pick up the next day was pointless and a waste of time. They had no record of my order when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time (after waiting in line to get in). The guy said it must have been deleted and that the website to order was a 3rd party. Didnt have time the start over with all the different products I had chosen. Went somewhere else.

Very friendly employees and clean environment, but the prices are downright outrageous for what you get. Also, some edibles that I purchased had an expiration date of two days after my date of purchase. Next time I'm going down the mountain and heading into Denver. The three stars that are given are strictly for the good customer service and well-kept facilities.

First of all the staff is top notch! There knowledge of products is unsurpassed! I was hit by a drunk driver and received spine and nerve damage and when I explained by daily challenges the products they directed me to have worked great! There products are top shelf and the store was very well represented by staff. Thanks Native Roots! In fact I think I'll head over there now for some Wax.

It was fine until some Karen came out and told me to wait in my car for no reason after being in the lobby for a few minutes already. Lobby had 3 people 6ft apart. I said I was told to stand there. Then I hear 'Well I'm telling you to move!' Well you don't need my money, maybe check your attitude.

So the place is very nicely set up lots of options and goodies. The prices are outrageous for a dry product that really does not even seem that appealing. $9 for a little baby pre-roll picture listed below. Staff overall very friendly and attentive with the wait time not being too long. Too bad you don't have a product that reflects your store and your staff.

Went there on a visit for a few different reason, didn't really know much about this type of thing and Chad White was absolutely awesome in giving me information and made just really feel welcome and not awkward at all.
Just wanted to say thanks! And hopefully this gets back to him

Eight dispensaries next to each other in one building, in a part of Breckenridge that the city doesn't want tourists to see -- that's a negative bad attitude by the City of Breckenridge, with the dispensaries having no choice where they can set up their businesses. The prices were the most fair in this dispensary, and way cool staff and manager. Good product. Recommended.
